We’ve had a busy two weeks filming ‘youth juries’ in Leeds, Nottingham and London for iRights, a campaign to ‘enable children and young people to access the Internet creatively, knowledegeably and fearlessly.’
Expertly moderated by Rose Dowling of the SHM Foundation, twelve young people per session aged 12-17, from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and abilities “put the internet on trial”, by deliberating on a series of real-life digital scenarios brought to life by live actors. It was an excellent format that engaged the young respondents and prompted some fascinating stories and insights – lookimg forward to the edit.
