Terms & Conditions

2. BOOKING / CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT:

Please book shoot / live stream dates at least 21 days prior. We will pencil shoot / livestream dates at no obligation from/to you or us. To confirm our availability, receipt of deposit payment and/or your purchase order for the full amount is required.

Upon cancellation or postponement prior to agreed shoot / live stream date:

• you agree to reimburse us for any non-refundable costs eg travel we have incurred
• prior to 14 days: 10% of shoot / livestream cost is payable
• between 14 days-48hrs: 15% of shoot / livestream cost is payable
• between 48-24hrs 50% of shoot / livestream cost is payable• within 24hrs 100% of shoot / livestream cost is payable
3. Payment terms are by agreement and detailed in our estimate and invoice, with online payment options and bank details. Options are:

• in full prior to production / livestream
• in 2x instalments: 50-70% on commission + 50-30% on completion
• Site visit (recce) cost + 2x instalments as above

Credit card payments are via Stripe; we will add their 1.4% – 2.9% charge to your final invoice.

4. Deposit payments are refundable, subject to the terms in 3 above.
– Site visit (recce) cost is not refundable once completed.
– If a site visit (recce) reveals that the job is unviable (eg due to venue broadband inadequacy), and a 50% deposit has been paid, we will refund it, minus the cost of the site visit.

5. All estimates apply for 30 days.

6. If possible, please provide a Purchase Order for the agreed FULL cost, on commission.

7. All equipment and materials supplied by CreationVideo Ltd to enable production remain property of CreationVideo Ltd unless otherwise agreed on commission.

8. All video material remains property and copyright of CreationVideo Ltd until paid for in full.

9. We strive to estimate realistically; however, additional editing, if necessary, is charged pro rata, with Client’s prior agreement.

10. Duplication / replication / translation / subtitling is sole responsibility of Producer unless agreed in writing on commission.

11. Creative copyright is shared; client may use the material for any purpose, producer for the promotion of CreationVideo Ltd. Please notify on commission if you prefer us not to use the material.

12. Client’s written approval of final edits is rquired prior to duplication / replication / translation / subtitling; responsibility for costs incurred by changes advised thereafter, or in the absence of requested written approval, is borne by Client. *
