This 10 minute video was commissioned to play at a conference - Game Plan for Camden: Towards the 2020 Vision.

We filmed physical activities at community centres, in Regent's Park and on Hampstead Heath, involving residents from 8-80, all of whom extoll the benefits of exercise.
