As Phaidon Press prepared to launch design guru Alan Fletcher's new book 'The Art of Looking Sideways', they needed a promotional tool that their team could use on laptops anywhere.
Our solution: a half day shoot with Alan describing the book, then the DVCAM rushes transferred to VHS with timecode so Phaidon could advise edit decisions.
Finally, a half day edit including encoding of the final 10 minute video to MPEG1, delivered on cd-rom.
Project turnaround: within one week.
