This 10 minute video introduces the client's call centre operators to 'The 7 steps to success' - how to successfully manage incoming customer calls.
The video was commissioned with a one week lead time; our solution included one of our presenters to introducing the video, and filming at the client's offices of scenes depicting good and poor practice. Script origination was client-side, and the one day shoot was followed by a next-day edit where we created graphics and added library music.
