Drayton Bird just sent me this:
“How do you interest people in something utterly boring?
Well, in ten days a Romanian viral ad – for petrol of all things – boosted website visits from 10 to 5,000 and got 120,000 website views.
WARNING: If your Romanian is as good as mine, skip to 1 minute 12 seconds and you’ll get the idea
What is remarkable is not the ad, but that it makes a dull subject fun.”

It’s been a busy start to the new business year; our editor John Phillips has completed the first client case study in a series we’re producing for Appsense. See the QBE case study here.
We’re wrapping up the NHS Cancer Screening Programme series of films we’ve been making – the British Sign Language versions have been filmed, and the five non-English language voiceovers – Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Urdu – for each of the three films are nearly completed. It’s been a big job!
Yesterday we held a casting session in our studio for the 11-14 year olds we’ll be filming in a few weeks for French educational publisher Editions Didier.
