Just been talking to a couple of potential new clients about our Web TV solution; as we’ve been shooting pretty solidly this year it’s been a while since I’ve demo’d Web TV and it reminded me how excited I was when we first offered the service at the beginning of 2008. We’ve been using it for 18 months now and it really is a simple, elegant, excellent solution – from our clients’ point of view and from ours. It’s great to be able to show people something that is very win-win – I love it!

It’s a really exciting time in video production right now, and I’ve wanted to find a quick way to communicate news and updates to our clients and anyone else interested, so this blog is intended to do just that. I’ll include links to useful info on the ever-changing technology affecting the video production industry, but mainly will try to show clients and others the benefits to them.

Our latest news is that we just took delivery of the incredible JVC GY-HM100U. It’s tiny, and shoots HD direct to QuickTime files – more on this new camera when we’ve unpacked it and played with it for a while.
